Stated Clerk/PJC Overview
Welcome to the Stated Clerk’s webpage. The Stated Clerk is responsible coordinating plans for meetings of the Synod Assembly.
Additionally, the Stated Clerk serves as the communication channel to the Permanent Judicial Commission which reviews and makes decisions on cases which come before the Synod. They are available to provide resources and assistance to presbyteries and their clerks in the areas of judicial process and training.
The Stated Clerk is also responsible for maintaining the Synod’s Administrative Manual, organizing the semiannual Stated Synod Assemblies and many other ecclesiastical functions.
